Quality approach

Since the beginning of 2013, Cityway is committed to a quality policy.  The objective is to obtain an ISO 9001 certification in 2015. A specific approach is conducted for call centers, with an NF Services Certification which apllies exclusively in France at the time. Energy-positive offices

Cityway’s headquarters in Aix-en-Provence are located in an energy-positive building which complies with the High Environemental Quality labelization. Our builing, called the “PRISME” provides more electricity that we consume, allows the recycling of rainwater… come and visit us, we will host a tour of the building!
